Sounds great!! Also, Amendment 27 helps out the part of raising said persons salary, because it won?t go into effect until the next term, enabling the constituents to vote them out of office before they can get that hefty bonus, this wasn?t exactly the case before the 1992 ratification.. thanks for the info, Great Video
